Beyond one-on-one coaching

More Ways to Work Together

Coaching, workshops, & group facilitation for individuals, teams, and communities navigating change, conflict, and care.

Additional Pathways

Here are some of the other ways I support individuals, groups, communities, and organizations.

These offerings often grow out of the same core values—care, honesty, accountability, and curiosity about what helps people live more fully and relationally.

Some people come with a specific need. Others just know something is shifting and want a place to think, talk, and explore what might be possible.

If something here resonates, we can start there.

01

Supporting Trans People & Their Loved Ones

I work with trans people navigating identity, transition, and the emotional terrain that can come with living more fully in your truth.

I also support parents, partners, and loved ones who want to show up with care while making sense of their own questions and learning.

02

Masculinity, Growth, and Unlearning

Many men arrive with a quiet sense that the models of masculinity they inherited no longer fit.

Coaching can be a place to explore emotional life, relationships, accountability, and new ways of being that move beyond isolation, control, or disconnection.

03

Life Balance for Gamers

Some people love gaming but notice it beginning to crowd out other parts of life—relationships, health, purpose, or simply being present in the world. I know that tension personally as a gamer who has wrestled with it too.

This coaching supports gamers who want to keep the joy of gaming while building more balance, emotional regulation, and connection with the life around them..

04

Conflict & Repair Group Work

When teams or communities hit a rupture—misalignment, resentment, conflict, or the aftermath of harm—it can get hard to talk without spiraling into blame, defensiveness, or silence.

I offer facilitated conversations and group process support that help people slow down, get clear on what happened, name impact, and find workable next steps—including agreements, boundaries, accountability practices, and (when possible) repair.

05

Body Trust® Workshops

Workshops and group spaces grounded in Body Trust® principles that explore our relationship with bodies, food, and cultural messaging.

These spaces invite people to reconnect with body wisdom and move away from shame, control, and diet culture.

06

Grief Rituals & Community Spaces

Grief often needs witnesses.

I help design and facilitate grief rituals, circles, and gatherings where people can share loss, remember what matters, and feel less alone in the human experience.

Not sure where to start?

You don’t need the perfect category. If something in your life, relationships, team, or community is asking for attention, we can start with what’s most present and figure out what kind of support would actually help.

Talk With Me

If you’re exploring a workshop, facilitated conversation, leadership development, grief gathering, or support after a rupture, I’ll ask a few questions to understand what’s happening and propose a simple, human plan—clear scope, clear outcomes, and plenty of room for nuance.
