New and Starting Soon

Limited-time groups, fresh offerings, and timely ways to get support—take a look while there are still spots open.

Tend: Care in Practice

If you’re not showing up in your relationships the way you want to, you’re not alone. Tend is a place to understand those patterns and begin showing up with more care, honesty, and presence.

We start in September! Enrollment is limited—learn more and join the interest list.

Know a guy?

A nudge is a simple way to reach the man in your life you’re concerned about—through a different voice, especially when it’s hard to get through yourself.

You share a little context. I reach out—low pressure, no calling him out. He decides if he wants to engage.

Sometimes a different voice lands. Most guys won’t ask for help on their own.

Body Trust Parenting Collective

This is a small virtual co-learning support group for parents who know the cycle — the diets, the shame, the noise around food and bodies — and are ready to be the ones who break it.

Part healing, part support, part learning, and part unlearning — this space exists for parents ready to do things differently, together. Grounded in anti-diet, Body Trust®, and Health at Every Size®.

Spots are limited. Starting October. Fill out the interest form — we’ll reach out to connect and answer any questions.

The Space To Grow.

Growth happens when we create the space to root deeply, rise steadily, and thrive authentically.

Some part of you may already know you aren’t broken—you don’t need to be fixed. That force and constant self-criticism don’t create the change we ache for, even if we’ve been taught there’s no other way.

That same part knows your capacity for life-giving growth lives within you.

If any part of you is ready to tend to that growth, I’m ready too.

This work offers a grounded space to reconnect with your values and the wisdom of your body, mind, and spirit — especially in the midst of grief, shame, repair, relationship struggles, and change.

Through coaching I will move with you as your growth unfolds — not forced, but allowed.

The Ways We Can Begin

People arrive in many different ways:

  • working to cultivate trust with your body
  • moving through relationship or intimacy struggles
  • tending to grief, shame, or struggles with self-worth
  • navigating conflict, accountability, and repairing harm
  • navigating parenting, caregiving, fatherhood, or family transitions
  • supporting a loved one through their gender journey
  • struggling with loneliness, anger, or retreating into gaming or other habits when life feels hard

You don’t have to have it all figured out. This is an invitation to explore.

Below are a few ways we can begin — and if none of them quite fit, we can start with what’s most present for you.

Areas of Focus

Body Trust®

As a certified Body Trust provider, I support you in coming home to your body’s wisdom, unlearning shame, and building a relationship with yourself rooted in respect, care, and trust—learning to listen, respond, and live from the inside out.

Relationships & Connection

If you’re struggling with communication, conflict, anger, or recurring relationship patterns, this work offers space to slow down and understand what’s happening. Together we explore ways of relating that feel more honest, grounded, and mutual.

Grief & Self-Worth

I offer support for two deeply human experiences: tending to grief and working with shame, self-criticism, and low self-worth. Whether you’re carrying loss or living with a relentless inner critic, this work helps you move slowly toward steadier ground — rebuilding self-trust, compassion, and a stronger sense of who you are.

Accountability & Repair

When relationships get strained or something goes sideways—at home, at work, or in community—this is a place to slow down and sort through it. Even if you feel angry, misunderstood, or unsure you did anything wrong, you can start here—we’ll move at a pace that feels human and honest.

Parenting & Fatherhood

This work is for parents of any gender who want more clarity, steadiness, and intention in how they show up with their children, with particular care for fathers and masculine-identified caregivers who may be longing for support from someone who shares some of their lived experience.

More Ways to Work Together

Our broader offerings include coaching, training, facilitation, and holding space for teams and organizations seeking to move in more human, caring, and inclusive ways.

Your Partner in Growth

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
For a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves…

Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting –
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.

Kyle Megrath (they/he), MA, ACC

ICF-Certified Coach • MA in Mental Health Counseling • Certified Body Trust Provider

I’m Kyle — a coach devoted to the slow, honest work of grief, shame, relationships, repair, and becoming more at home in yourself. I work with people navigating body struggles, conflict, relationship patterns, parenting, gender journeys, the aftermath of harm and rupture, and the quiet ache of wanting to live more truthfully. I don’t believe people are problems to be fixed. I believe we’re shaped by systems, stories, wounds, and relationships — and that real transformation happens when we’re given the space to tend to all of it with care.

My work is rooted in a practical, structured coaching approach, Body Trust, transformative healing and justice, my background as a mental health counselor, and a spiritual belief that even our hardest experiences carry something sacred inside them. Body disconnection can become attunement. Shame can become self-compassion. Conflict can become clarity. Rupture can become repair. Grief can become a gateway to meaning-making. This is the slow, human alchemy of becoming more whole.

For the past fifteen years, I’ve been holding space for people to learn, grow, and change — across healthcare, mental health, leadership development, and relational work. I’ve learned what helps people open, tell the truth, and keep going. Now I bring that same spirit into one-on-one coaching and group spaces — steady, relational, and open to the deeper work of the soul.
