Coaching or Therapy

Coaching: Coaching is a forward-looking, collaborative space to reflect, get clearer, and move toward the changes you want to make.

Therapy: Therapy often focuses more deeply on mental health diagnosis, treatment, and healing from psychological distress.

Good to know: This work is coaching, not therapy — and our first conversation can help you sense whether it feels like the right fit.

Logistics

Length: 30-45 minutes
Where: Online (Zoom)
Goal: Get oriented, ask questions, and see if the work fits.
Afterward: If it feels like a match, we’ll talk about pacing, pricing, and what starting could look like.

Where It Might Lead

If it fits: We can talk about pacing, pricing, and what support would be most helpful.
If it doesn’t: That’s okay too. Sometimes this call simply helps clarify what you’re looking for next.
