How Coaching Sessions Work

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and held over Zoom or phone.

Most people meet weekly or every other week, though we can find a rhythm that fits your life and the kind of work you’re doing.

This work tends to unfold over time rather than in quick fixes. Some people come for a season of focused support; others continue longer as a steady place for reflection and accountability.

Rates

Coaching Sessions

All sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes.

Community rate — $100
For people for whom the sustaining rate isn’t accessible right now.

Sustaining (typical) rate — $150
The standard rate that supports the sustainability of this practice.

Supporter rate — $225
For those with greater financial access who want to help make sliding scale spots possible.

Choose the rate that best reflects your current financial reality.

Sessions are booked one at a time, with no packages or long-term commitments required.

Sliding Scale

This sliding scale is in place to support access across different financial realities. The tiered rates above help make it possible for some sessions to be offered at a lower rate.

When capacity allows, I also reserve a small number of spots for people who need significantly reduced or no cost sessions.

If cost would otherwise make this work inaccessible, feel free to reach out.

Consultation

I also offer consultation, training, and facilitation for groups, organizations, and community spaces.

This can include things like:

  • accountability and repair processes
  • body trust workshops or trainings
  • grief ritual and collective grief spaces
  • group facilitation and community conversations
  • training design, curriculum development, and facilitation

Each project is different. We’ll start with a conversation about what you’re hoping to create, and I’ll follow up with a proposed scope and estimate.
